Where are you from?  I am originally from San German, PR
What were your experiences as an athlete before starting CF?  Before I started on Crossfit, my weekly workout routine consisted of a combination of gym group classes such as bodypump, yoga, core, kickboxing, barre, TRX, and boot camp classes. I was mostly focused on cardio and participated in several spartan races, mud runs, and 5k – 15 k. I was part of a local rec kickball team and occasionally participated in beach volleyball pickups.
What was your first visit to CFR like?I was so nervous! but I thought “I am in pretty good shape, how bad could it be?”. I was in awe of the weight that each one of the class was lifting and the intensity of everyone to finish the workout. My first visit to the gym was a Wednesday.  I struggled but Casey keep encouraging me to keep going and provided scalable alternatives. My core was destroyed lol but I was so pumped to go the next day and the day after.  
What is your favorite WOD/workout/movement?  I like the Oly classes. I like to step back, practice technique and see how much you can lift.
What motivates you during a WOD?  I am motivated to be better than yesterday and beating my mind into getting in the “I can” instead of the “I cant” mentality.
What is the one thing in CrossFit that you never thought you would be able to do?  Pull ups! I struggled so much on the 2017 Open and was so frustrating. But I keep pushing and building up strength until I got them!  They still need work but I am working towards being better.
List one goal that you have for yourself in CrossFit.  To keep showing up and challenging myself with improving technique and adding more weight on that bar!
What do you do when you’re not at Rekkr?  Hang out with friends, hiking, and cooking.
Name something that we may not know about you.  I used to work in the oil field.

I eat…as healthy as I can but have my cheat days

I want…to travel to a new place at  least once a year
